The flour is mixed with the baking powder. Beat eggs with salt, sugar and vanilla sugar, then add oil and milk. After the sugar has melted, add enough flour to obtain a suitable hard dough.

We divide the dough obtained into 4, one of the parts must be smaller than the other three because we grate it on top.

Put baking paper in the tray and place the first sheet over which we put a layer of jam. We do the same with the other two sheets. The last layer must be jam over which we shave the smaller part of the dough off.

Prick the cake with a fork and put it in the oven for 30-35 minutes.

After removing it from the oven, let it cool, powder and portion. Have fun!
