Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a saucepan, add the crushed garlic and let it simmer for 3-4 seconds, then add the tomato sauce and spices. Let it boil for 2-3 minutes, then add 2 tablespoons sour cream and liquid cream. Stir until smooth, then pour the sauce over the pasta.
