A tasty and easy to prepare food
- Shrimp 300g
- Butter 50g
- Sour cream 150g
- Parmesan cheese 150g
- Olive oil 50g
- Garlic a captain
- A bunch of parsley
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Shrimp in sour cream sauce:
Melt the butter in oil.
Add the crushed garlic. Leave it to harden a little. Add the shrimp and simmer until they turn pink.
Remove the pan from the heat, add the sour cream and Parmesan cheese, put it back on the heat until it boils again and add the parsley.
If desired, it can be quenched with a glass of white wine.
