- 280g (10 oz) fresh blackberries
- 1 (200g) packet feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 (250g) punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 spring onion, sliced
- 4 tablespoons finely chopped walnuts (optional)

- In a large bowl, toss together baby spinach leaves, blackberries, feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, spring onion and walnuts.

This was an interesting dish and something nice to serve. My husband liked it very much. Used balsamic vinegar as a dressing.-07 Aug 2008
We enjoyed this. As an experiment we also tried red raspberries, strawberries and also good. One note; add rest of salad things and toss and add berries last so they won't crumble. Thanks for sharing.-07 Aug 2008
