- 4 spring onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander stalks
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons thick yoghurt

- Soak the spring onions in iced water for 30 minutes. Drain and pat dry with kitchen towel.
- Mix the sugar, chopped coriander stalks, salt and pepper with the yoghurt and then stir in the spring onions. Done!
