Easy and quick to make and makes a change from the conventional stuffing. The red pepper can be changed to anything - rosemary for lamb, sage for chicken, etc.

- 1-2 slices bread, made into breadcrumbs
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 red pepper, minced
- 1 egg

- Mix the breadcrumbs with all the ingredients and use the egg to bind the mixture together. That's basically it! :) Then stuff meat accordingly.
