Pancakes-in a bowl mix eggs with a pinch of salt, add milk, oil, mineral water, mix gradually adding flour, baking powder, pepper.

Mix well with the mixer (or with a fork) cover with cling film and let cool for 10 minutes,

I divided into 2 the composition and I added diced olives and in another kapia pepper cut into small cubes,

Grease each pancake with pate and roll them as tight as possible, wrap them in cling film and leave to cool for 1-2 hours.
