Pancakes-in a bowl mix eggs with a pinch of salt, add milk, oil, mineral water, mix gradually adding flour, baking powder, pepper.

Mix well with the mixer (or with a fork) cover with cling film and let cool for 10 minutes,

Grease a pan with oil and let it heat up, add a polish of the composition, turn the pan to cover the whole surface,

Bake the pancake on both sides, take it out on a plate and proceed with each pancake in the same way.

Filling- rub the pate with butter and cheese, add the cheese given through the small grater, salt, pepper to taste.

I divided into 2 the composition and I added diced olives and in another kapia pepper cut into small cubes,

Grease each pancake with pate and roll them as tight as possible, wrap them in cling film and leave to cool for 1-2 hours.
