No need to add oil because pork will leave enough fat. Meanwhile, after we have washed and cleaned the vegetables, we chop them finely, and when the beans and pork chop have boiled enough, we add the vegetables and salt, and at the end, we add 2-3 tablespoons of broth and borscht. It is ready and we can serve it after it has boiled, when we sprinkle finely chopped thyme, parsley and larch on top. Serve with fresh tarragon sprinkled on top.

Method of preparation
