I took the recipe from Julie, but I changed it a little. Some fluffy muffins came out, sweet and good, very good.

RECIPE PREPARATION Muffins with shit:

I separated the egg whites from the yolks.

I mixed the yolks with the oil. I mixed the beaten egg whites with the sugar very well, I added the yolks and the oil, the rum essence.

I used shit of several colors and cut it into cubes, then I added it to the composition.

At the end I added flour, one spoon at a time, taking care to incorporate it easily, so that the mixture remains fluffy.

I put the composition in muffin tins and put them in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. I have a little composition left that I put in a small cake tin. I kept the cake in the oven for another 5 minutes.

Method of preparation

Cover again with cling film and press lightly, placing over a small weight, such as a wooden board.

Leave in a cool place, but not in the refrigerator to prevent softening.

After a few hours, sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into cubes or triangles as desired.

  • 150 ml oil
  • 12-15 cubes of shit
  • 200 g powdered sugar

Method of preparation:

  1. Take a deep bowl and add the flour with a pinch of salt, then mix well. then we will add the grated lemon peel, the vanilla sugar and the yeast.
  2. The next step is to pour the borscht and oil at room temperature over these ingredients then we will start to knead the crust until it sticks to the hands.

Dough preparation

1. If you use fresh yeast, rub it in a bowl with 1 tablespoon of sugar (of the total amount of sugar) until it liquefies. Dilute with lukewarm milk, but not hot. If you use dry yeast, it dissolves in lukewarm milk, along with sugar.

Even if the dough is sticky and looks too wet, we don't start adding flour to solve this. We can supplement the amount of flour with a maximum of 50 grams. If we make a fluffy dough, it will not be fluffy. In about 15-20 minutes of vigorous kneading, the gluten network in the flour will develop and we will get a smooth and non-sticky dough, like a ball. If it is kneaded on the robot, put the flour first, then the liquids and knead for about 10 minutes. At the bread machine we will put the liquids first, only then the flour and we can start the kneading program.

Yeast dough

The well-kneaded croissant dough is shaped into a ball and placed in a clean bowl, greased with a thin film of oil. Cover the bowl with a clean, damp kitchen towel, folded in 2 layers. It sits in a warm place, away from current, to grow until it doubles in volume.

Modeling and baking

1. After it has risen, the dough is turned over on the oiled work surface. It is shaped (with the palms or with the twister) in a round sheet, about 1 cm thick. 3. Bake the croissants in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius, at an average height, for 25 minutes. If they tend to brown too quickly, lightly cover the croissants with a damp sheet of baking paper. Continue baking until the indicated time has elapsed.

Allow to cool. These fluffy croissants are good and warm, but beware of indoor shit, it can be very hot! Optionally, they can be finished with vanilla powdered sugar. Great appetite!
